1. Who may use the service
The service is for people aged 18 and over. By registering you confirm that you meet this condition.
One person keeps one account. Opening an account on someone else's behalf is not allowed.
2. Meeting rules
An in-person meeting must take place somewhere public: a café, an office, a coworking space or similar.
An online meeting takes place in a room on the Platform. Exchanging external links is not allowed.
The meeting must be about what the invitation said.
3. What is not allowed
Invitations with romantic or dating intent.
Advertising, selling goods or services, sending out CVs.
Attempts to exchange phone numbers, Telegram handles or other contacts.
Insults, threats, humiliation and any other aggressive behaviour.
Giving false information or acting on behalf of another person.
Attempts to obtain coffee by exploiting flaws in the system.
4. Becoming a host
Host mode is enabled after an application is reviewed. The Platform may decline an application without giving a reason.
A host sets their own rate, schedule and which invitations to accept.
Repeated upheld complaints restrict host status.
5. Ratings and reviews
A rating can only follow a meeting that happened. A review must be free of insults and about the meeting itself.
A review that breaks the rules is removed by a moderator.
6. Restrictions and blocking
If the rules are broken, the Platform may issue a warning, restrict host status, or block the account.
After two upheld complaints an account is blocked.
Coffee held on such an account is settled once open matters are resolved.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its design and its texts belong to the Platform. Text and images posted by a user remain theirs; the Platform receives the right to display them within the service.
8. Changes to these terms
The Platform may change these terms. A new version takes effect when published on this page.
