1. General
This document is a public offer by Nuriddinov Qudratjon Zavqiddin o'g'li (tax ID [STIR], address: Tashkent, Uchtepa district, the «Platform»), registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan as a self-employed person, for the use of qahvadosh.uz.
Starting to use the site — creating an account, buying coffee or sending an invitation — means accepting this offer in full and without reservation. If you disagree with any clause, do not use the site.
From the moment it is accepted, this offer has the force of a written contract between the parties and is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In this document a «guest» is the user who asks for a meeting and a «host» is the user who holds it. The same user may act in both roles.
2. What the service is
The Platform is an intermediary. It connects a guest with a host, books the time, provides the technical means for an online meeting and keeps the internal accounting.
The host is an independent person. The Platform is not responsible for their advice, the accuracy of what they say or the outcome of a meeting; it does not employ them and does not enter into an employment contract with them.
The Platform pays no money to a host or to any other user and takes on no such obligation. The only thing a host receives from a meeting is coffee — the Platform's internal accounting unit. A user cannot claim money from the Platform.
The Platform does not guarantee that a meeting will take place, that the host will show up or that the advice will be useful. Clauses 8, 9 and 10 apply to those situations.
3. Coffee as an internal unit
A «coffee» is the Platform's internal accounting unit. It is not money, not electronic money, not a means of payment and not a security. Outside the Platform coffee has no value and cannot be used to settle anything with third parties.
Coffee is bought only from the Platform. Users may not sell, gift, pledge, bequeath or otherwise transfer coffee to one another. The movement of coffee through a meeting under clause 7 is the exception.
The price of one coffee is shown on the purchase page and may change. A change does not affect coffee already bought, the existing balance or invitations already sent.
No fee is taken from the meeting itself: the guest's coffee reaches the host in full. The Platform's fee is charged only when coffee is bought.
The Platform may grant free coffee through a promotion, a promo code or otherwise. Free coffee does not count as bought, is not refundable under clause 9, and may carry its own expiry.
4. Coffee cannot be cashed out
Coffee cannot be converted into money. The Platform does not exchange coffee for cash, for a bank card, for a bank account, for crypto-assets or for any other asset, and offers no such service.
Coffee received for holding a meeting is not income. It is used only inside the Platform: for a meeting with another host, or for other opportunities the Platform announces.
The only exception is the refund of money paid for bought and unspent coffee, described in clause 9. That exception is available only to the user who bought that coffee.
Should the Platform open withdrawals in the future, a new version of this offer will be published. In this version no such possibility exists and none is promised.
5. How long coffee lasts
Coffee on your balance is valid for 12 (twelve) months from your last activity. Any activity — buying coffee, sending an invitation, or a meeting — starts the count again. If there is no activity at all for that period, unspent coffee expires and is not restored.
A notice is sent 30 days before expiry. The current expiry date is shown at all times on the balance page and moves forward after every activity.
This period does not apply to coffee held in an invitation or pending after a meeting: that coffee is tied to an open invitation and has a period of its own.
No money is refunded for expired coffee. A refund can be requested under clause 9 before the expiry date.
6. Payment
Coffee is bought through payment systems registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The receipt is issued by the payment system and, where the law requires it, sent to the tax authority.
The Platform does not store the bank card number, its expiry date or the CVV code, and has no access to them. That data stays with the payment system.
Once a payment is confirmed the coffee is credited to the balance immediately. If the payment system cancels or reverses the payment, clause 11 applies.
7. The meeting and the coffee
Sending an invitation holds the coffee on the guest's balance. Held coffee is not considered spent, but it cannot be used for another invitation or requested for refund under clause 9.
If the host does not accept within the set period, or declines, the held coffee is returned to the guest in full.
After the meeting, once the complaint window closes, the coffee moves to the host's balance and the host uses it inside the Platform.
The meeting format (online or in person), its length and the number of coffees are set when the invitation is sent. They are not changed afterwards without both parties agreeing.
An in-person meeting must take place in a public location. The parties agree the location in advance. The Platform is not responsible for what happens at an in-person meeting — safety rests with the parties.
8. Cancellation
If the guest cancels while more than the set period remains before the meeting, the coffee is returned in full. Cancelling later moves part of the coffee to the host as compensation. The current period and share are shown on the FAQ page and in the cancellation dialog.
Once the meeting has started the guest cannot cancel it: only confirmation or a complaint remain.
If the host cancels or does not show up, the coffee returns to the guest in full.
On cancellation the coffee returns to the balance — this is not a refund of money. Refunds are described in clause 9.
9. Refund of money paid for coffee
You may request a refund of the money paid for coffee that was bought but not spent. The request is submitted through the relevant form in your account, with a reason.
The refundable amount of coffee is capped by the lower of two numbers: your current free balance, and «coffee bought minus coffee spent». That is, coffee spent on a meeting, held in an invitation, or granted free through a promotion or as a gift is not refundable.
The sum is calculated at the price you paid, not at today's price. If you bought several times, the calculation starts from the earliest purchase.
Money is returned to the original payment method — the card the payment was made from. No refund is made to a different card, to another person or in cash.
A request is reviewed within 10 (ten) working days. Once approved, the money reaches the card according to the payment system's own process; that timing depends on the payment system and is outside the Platform's control.
After a refund the corresponding coffee is deducted from the balance. A refund may be partial.
The Platform may reject a request where: the coffee has already been spent or is held; the coffee was granted free; the payment itself was cancelled by the payment system; or the request shows signs of fraud. The reason for rejection is given to the applicant.
10. Complaints and disputes
After a meeting, either side may file a complaint within the set period. While it is being reviewed the coffee stays held and neither side can use it.
A moderator hears both sides, reviews the messages and the technical records, and splits the coffee.
The moderator's decision is final within the Platform. It does not limit the parties' legal rights and does not close the route described in clause 15.
11. Negative balance
If a payment system cancels or reverses a transaction, the corresponding coffee is deducted from the balance.
If this takes the balance below zero, the account is restricted until the debt is settled: no new invitation can be sent. The debt is cleared by the next purchase.
12. Closing and restricting an account
A user may request deletion of their account at any time. On deletion, unspent coffee expires — request a refund under clause 9 before deleting.
The Platform may restrict or block an account that has breached this offer or the site rules. The reason for blocking is given to the user.
A refund request on an account blocked for a breach is reviewed separately: money for bought and unspent coffee is refunded, while coffee granted free is cancelled.
13. Limitation of liability
The Platform is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or reputational harm caused by technical failures, third-party service outages, or users failing to keep arrangements between themselves.
In any case the Platform's liability is limited to the price you paid for the coffee held for the meeting concerned.
This limitation does not apply to the Platform's deliberate acts or to liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Age limit
The site may be used by persons aged 18 and over. By creating an account the user confirms that they have reached that age.
If an account is found to belong to a minor, it is blocked and money for bought and unspent coffee is refunded on the application of a legal representative.
15. Governing law and disputes
This offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The parties first seek to settle any dispute by negotiation. A request is sent to qudratjonnuriddinov2603@gmail.com and answered within 15 (fifteen) calendar days.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled in court under the procedure laid down by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
16. Changes and contact
The Platform may amend this offer. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page. Users are notified of material changes by email or through Telegram.
If you do not agree with a change, stop using the site and request a refund under clause 9.
